SPICE compact model of controlling electrons of spin qubits using FinFET

Abstract Semiconductor qubits have garnered attention in the field of device physics. Owing to limited coherence electrons and holes, smaller more compact are desirable. This requirement is aligned with miniaturization conventional transistors. In this study, we consider a spin qubit based on FinFET (Fin Field-Effect Transistor) by using SPICE (Simulation Program Integrated Circuit Emphasis) simulator. The represented quantum dots (QDs) between Fin structure. order setup qubit, control number through FinFET. Here, circuit model our system treating transport properties QD as single-electron phenomena. We provide simulation results show current functions parameters such channel length width including operation temperature.
